To enhance our customer support user experience we have completed an upgrade to the Binance customer service system and launched Online Chat V5.0.

With the new system once you have submitted a question via online chat you may leave the chat window anytime and will be notified once a CS agent is assigned to your case. Please state your question with as much detail as possible and provide the relevant supporting documents, such as screenshots, so that the Binance support team can better assist you and handle your question.

Please note that Binance’s original Zendesk system has been discontinued. If you still have unresolved issues, please submit your questions again through the Binance online chat. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
